• Lead and manage all aspects of the program, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. • Develop and execute evidence-based strategies that integrate innovative approaches to achieve project goals. • Oversee project staff by providing mentorship, capacity building, and performance management • Engage with key stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, donors, and the private sector, to build strong partnerships. • Ensure compliance with USAID regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.

• Advanced degree in Political Science, Law, Electoral System Management, International Development, or a related field. • At least 7 years of professional experience managing democracy and governance programs in developing countries. • Expertise in programming support for election processes, voter inclusion, CSO election, and citizen engagement.
