• Organize and manage the work of the company’s technical service department. • Plan and oversee service and maintenance works in accordance with equipment regulations and manufacturer guidelines. • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with tractors and agricultural machinery. • Coordinate and manage service schedules, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. • Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment reliability and performance.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and effective resource utilization. • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance works. • Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and service technicians.
