• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations, surveillance, or security monitoring. • Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and analytical skills. • Ability to remain focused and alert while monitoring multiple camera feeds. • Good communication and reporting skills. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Working Conditions • Work Environment: Based in a secure control room at the Mbarara Branch, with access strictly limited to authorized staff. • Work Hours: May include day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage. • Nature of Work: Requires long hours of sitting while monitoring multiple screens, maintaining a high level of concentration and alertness. • Stress Levels: May involve working under pressure during emergencies, incidents, or security alerts. • Physical Requirements: Must have good vision (with or without corrective lenses) and the ability to focus for extended periods. • Confidentiality: Handling of sensitive information and video evidence requires strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies. • Collaboration: Frequent coordination with security personnel, IT teams, management, and law enforcement authorities. • Technical Environment: Regular use of CCTV systems, monitoring software, communication devices, and recording equipment.
