• Manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality in service delivery. • Coordinate closely with the HR department on staffing needs, performance reviews, and employee engagement. • Take charge of operational teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce. • Serve as the main point of contact between management, staff, and other departments, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality. • Gather team feedback, encourage innovative ideas, and implement strategies for operational improvement.
