KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inquiries from customers and staff via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
• Educate current and potential customers about our products and services.
• Make and receive calls as directed by the Head of Customer Care or designated supervisor.
• Accurately update communication logs for every interaction.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Engage in sales activities to collect payments over the phone and address
• any issues in tracker functionality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Should be not more than 25 years of age.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• A minimum of two (2) months of experience in a call centre environment.
• Proficient in computer applications and software.
• Strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethic, and a proactive, positive attitude.
