Bolga Communication is seeking motivated and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our growing telesales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telesales and promote company products/services
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on prospects to support sales conversion

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong telesales and communication skills
• Proven ability in sales conversion and target achievement
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
• Self-driven, persuasive, and goal-oriented

Location Requirement

Applicants should preferably reside in or around Kireka, Bweyogerere, Kirinya or Banda
