• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to contact customers with overdue accounts. • Politely remind customers of outstanding payments and due dates. • Update customer records, call logs, and payment arrangements accurately in the system. • Engage in sales activities to collect payments over the phone and address any issues in tracker functionality. • Achieve daily and monthly call/contact targets and collection goals. • Adhere to compliance standards, privacy laws, and internal policies. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service. • Identify and escalate problematic accounts or customer concerns to supervisors. • Use a respectful and solution-oriented approach to esure a positive customer experience, even during difficult conversations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University • Previous Call Center, customer service, or collections experience (1+ years preferred) • Proficient in computer applications and software. • Fluent in at least one or more of the following languages: Runyakitara, Luganda, Swahili, Luo • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations with professionalism • Customer-focused with a patient and empathetic approach.
