  • Proven experience managing revenue, budgets or P&L.
  • Skilled in sales, pricing, packaging and closing B2B deals.
  • Hands-on leader who builds systems, tracks performance and scales lean teams

What you will own

  • Own the Academy’s revenue, budgets and profitability.
  • Develop, price and scale profitable training programmes.
  • Drive student recruitment and admissions.
  • Secure corporate, NGO, embassy and B2B training partnerships.
  • Lead a lean team and maximise Swangz’s facilities, brand and network.
