KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical tourism industry across targeted international markets. • Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, travel agencies, and healthcare facilitators both locally and abroad. • Client Acquisition: Attract patients from international markets by promoting the company’s healthcare offerings and providing seamless service coordination. • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. • Lead Management: Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, medical tourism expos, and referrals. • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals with international agents, partners, and clients. • Industry Research: Stay updated on global healthcare trends, competitor activity, and market needs. • Liaison: Act as the main liaison for medical institutions and patient referrals • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (medical, travel, operations, finance) to ensure exceptional patient experience. • Reporting: Track and report KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline progress regularly to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, travel, or international sales. • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and international patient needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. • Willingness to travel internationally. • Self-starter with a strong network and ability to work independently.
