• Identify and onboard NTB clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with whom WRB has established a relationship with (primarily Coprorate & Investement Banking clients) • Meet annual sales budget expectations for the business through Inbound and outbound sales strategies, including on-site marketingand corporate employee outreach • Conduct remote and in-person meetings to explain banking propositions, complete Know Your Customer (KYC)checks, and set up anchor products. • Cross-sell retail banking products and refer clients to specialists for additional services. • Educate clients on digital banking tools, ATMs,Client Centre and branch services. • Uphold the bank’s Code of Conduct and regulatory guidelines. • Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) protocols. • Ensure accurate record-keeping and report suspicious transactions promptly.
