• Champion daily sales & meet branch targets • Lead, coach & motivate Field Officers/Admins • Drive customer growth, retention & referrals • Supervise loan appraisal, disbursement & collections • Monitor KPIs & submit performance reports • Ensure smooth branch operations & compliance

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or Microfinance • 2+ years’ experience in financial services (with proven sales record) • Experience leading high-performing teams • Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
