KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory and financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial and operational management.
