• Manage daily crypto operations and ensure liquidity across hot wallets, custody, and staking. • Oversee staking operations, rewards, and risk management. • Identify new staking opportunities and support Treasury with strategy updates. • Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and finance to ensure accurate balances and seamless processes. • Reconcile blockchain balances, perform daily checks, and manage wallet transactions. • Maintain and improve custody and staking procedures in line with company policies.
