• Assist in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client accounts • Assist in managing cash and balancing the cash register • Help in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Ensure adherence to SACCO policies and banking regulations • Assist in organizing and coordinating community outreach programs

• A diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Previous experience in banking or customer service is an advantage • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
