KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items following recipes and quality standards
Support the bakery team in managing inventory and stocking ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
Observe and learn about food safety and hygiene standards in bakery production
Participate in quality control checks and assist with packaging and labeling
Help with the maintenance and cleaning of bakery equipment

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Passion for bakery production and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is an advantage
Good communication skills and reliability
