• Prepare and mix coating formulations according to specified guidelines to achieve the desired color and finish. • Provide customers with technical information on paint products to support their selection process and assist in making informed decisions. • Advise customers on the appropriate combination of products and correct procedures for applying automotive paints. • Detect and account for variations in raw materials to ensure accurate color matching and consistency. • Keep the workspace, tools, and equipment clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. • Consistently wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, in compliance with health and safety standards. • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the handling and use of paints, thinners, and other hazardous materials, and promptly report any non-compliance to management. • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on completed tasks and activities. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational needs

• Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive paint manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of automotive paint products and processes. • Proficient in basic mathematics for surface area and equipment calculations. • Computer literate, with the ability to operate paint machines and related software. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
