• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy

• A postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Management will be an added advantage

• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements

• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance

• Ability to manage deviations, change control, and CAPA processes effectively

• Experience with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance monitoring

• Knowledge of risk management and root cause analysis techniques

• Strong documentation and data integrity management skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High level of attention to detail

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence
