• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks. • Travel across Uganda to: • – Recruit candidates for various job roles. • – Conduct background checks. • – Mobilize candidates for job opportunities. • Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment drives and field events. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases. • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and updates for senior management. • Represent the company professionally during field operations. • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the operations department.

• Female, between 19 – 26 years old. • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Email Communication, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Uganda. • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team. • Previous experience in recruitment or administration is an added advantage but not required. • Benefits: • Monthly salary of UGX 300,000 – 400,000. • Free lunch provided by the company. • All travel expenses (transport, accommodation if necessary) fully covered. • Opportunity to grow within a reputable staffing and recruitment firm. • Gain hands-on field and office management experience.
