Key Competencies

1. Knowledge of Library Management Systems like Koha and familiarity with digital repositories.
2. Knowledge of open access publishing.
3. Competence in ICT applications, electronic cataloguing and digital resource management.
4. Good communication and customer care skills.

Minimum Qualifications

He/She should hold a degree in Library and Information Science or a diploma in Library and Information Science from a recognised institution in Uganda.
