QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• The ideal candidate will have experience in digital communication with the following qualifications: • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Marketing, or Communications • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or outreach support role • Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business, email follow-ups, and basic CRM tools • Proficiency in English and Luganda (French, Swahili, or other local languages are a plus) • Confident speaking to patients, corporates, and walk-ins about hospital services
