REQUIREMENTS

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience as an architectural draftsman.

Core Skills: Articulate communication skills, Architectural drawings and documentation.

Software Proficiency: TwinMotion, ArchiCAD.

Technical Abilities: Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

Key Competencies: Attention to detail, creativity, problem solving, teamwork, and time management.

Other: Ability to work under minimum supervision.
