Airtel Uganda is looking for dynamic individuals to join their Franchise Partner program. As a Franchise Partner, you’ll benefit from comprehensive training and support, competitive commissions, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new business partners, manage relationships, and drive sales growth.
• Partner Management: Ensure performance tracking, timely reports, and merchant visibility.
• Operations: Ensure all set-up merchant outlets are active and operational.
• Leadership: Establish collaborative relationships with teams and partners, and provide coaching and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in FMCG or telecom industry is an added advantage.
