Position summary
The volunteer will support coordination and implementation of all the allocated project activities overseen by Latek and implemented through all the partner organisations. The project focuses on strengthening smallholder farmer livelihoods through climate smart agroforestry research and community implementation.
The role requires close follow up and support to partners to ensure delivery against plans, standards, and continuous improvement with high performance

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, forestry, agribusiness or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in agricultural or rural development projects).
- Experience working with diverse and intercultural partners, farmers and farmer groups.
- Experience in climate smart agriculture or agroforestry is an added advantage.
Key skills and competencies
- Coordination, organisation, and ability to work independently with partners under minimum supervision.
- Practical understanding of climate smart agriculture and agroforestry.
- Strong communication, report writing, and field engagement skills.
- Solid monitoring, data collection, and analysis skills supported by proficiency in agroforestry software tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to field locations.
