• Perform maintenance and inspection of swap stations in Uganda. • Investigate and handle quality issues reported by customers in the assigned regions. • Provide daily feedback on market issues, defects, and solutions to Guangdong SRE. • Maintain detailed maintenance records for each product and ensure data accuracy. • Develop and implement inspection and maintenance plans for all SRE products in the domestic market. • Prepare and submit regular maintenance summary reports to the Quality Department. • Conduct on-site investigations promptly in response to reported abnormalities. • Summarize recurring issues identified in the market and propose preventive or corrective measures. • Ensure all work activities comply with company safety and quality management standards.
