• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules. • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using relevant software. • Coordinate and direct office services, including records management, departmental finances, and budget preparation. • Prepare responses to routine correspondence inquiries. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for consideration by executives and boards. • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science Management or related fields. • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar administrative role. • Required Skills: Active listening, critical thinking, time management, active learning, negotiation. • Required Knowledge: Administrative practices, customer service, management principles, and technology tools. • Language Proficiency: English. • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in web design, word processing, spreadsheet, project management, and time accounting software. • Preferred Qualifications • Preferred Skills: Reading comprehension, service orientation, coordination. • Preferred Knowledge Areas: Advanced knowledge in computers and electronics. • Personality Traits: Creative, motivated, resilient.
