ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Must be residents of Buliisa Hoima, Packwach, Nyowa or Masindi

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing clinic calls.
• Provide information and coordinate communication within the team.
• Manage office inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
• Maintain accurate hospital records and documentation.
• Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.).

Educational & Experience

• A Bachelors or equivalent is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Competent in Microsoft
• Experience with customer service
