• Receiving and verifying medical files for approval and proper documentation leading to claims settlement. • Liaising with the Medical team for quick resolve of any matter relating to medical claims settlement. • Flagging off all settled medical claims records with a “PAID” stamp. • Payment of Marine Polices and reconciliations. • Performing weekly bank reconciliations. • Capturing/Posting payment vouchers into accounting system. • Generating summary reports for each hospital to be paid in any single batch of medical claims. • Returning all fully paid and signed off payment files to the medical team. • Filing copy of the payment record in each medical file represented in the batch of claims settled. • Carrying out bank reconciliation on operational accounts. • Filling account documents.
