• Accounts • Record daily financial transactions and prepare simple reconciliations. • Receive and account for payments from sales at the factory. • Support preparation of expense reports and petty cash management. • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for head office. • Workforce management software • Inventory • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods. • Update stock cards and reconcile physical stock with system records. • Support stock-taking exercises and report variances promptly. • Monitor re-order levels and alert management in time. • Ensure all supporting documents (delivery notes, receipts, requisitions) are filed properly. • Provide administrative support to the factory team as required.

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Stores/Procurement, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company. • Knowledge of basic accounting software and MS Excel. • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
