QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Applicants must hold relevant certificates: Emergency Care, Nursing. Midwifery.
• Theatre Techniques, or Comprehensive Nursing
• Previous experience in emergency care or motivation for system improvement is advantageous
HOW TO APPLY
Applications addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health or the attention of the Commissioner, Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resource for the Health Development, P. O. Box 7272, Kampala.
Serving officers must apply through immediate supervisors for endorsement.
Admission from designated training institutions is required
A motivation letter must be included in the application.
Successful candidates must apply for official study leave from employers.
