• Design, refine, and oversee the company’s front-end architectural framework. • Lead the development of a scalable Vue + Electron ecosystem and define coding standards, component structures, and best practices. • Create unified multi-platform solutions that function seamlessly across web and desktop environments. • Develop core features, resolve major technical challenges, and boost performance across all front-end layers. • Optimize application loading, build processes, and bundle sizes for improved speed and usability. • Address Electron-related issues including packaging, auto-updates, security strategies, and cross-platform behavior. • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish reusable libraries, templates, and technical documentation. • Drive continuous enhancement of the front-end stack and evaluate emerging technologies. • Collaborate closely with product, backend, and UX/UI teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. • Contribute to system-wide architectural decisions and API planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is an added advantage). • Minimum 4 years of front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in an architectural or technical leadership role. • Strong command of Vue 3, Vue Router, Pinia, and related technologies. • Hands-on experience with Electron or Quasar, including application development and packaging. • Skilled with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern build tools such as Vite / Webpack. • Understanding of Electron fundamentals: IPC communication, main vs render processes, sandbox security, etc. • Experience in CI/CD, front-end performance optimization, and engineering workflows. • Familiar with cross-platform resource handling (file systems, notifications, menus, etc.). • Background in large-scale front-end or desktop application architecture is a plus. • Ability to design systems, analyze problems, and document solutions effectively. • Passion for technical innovation and improving user experiences. • Bonus skills: DevOps, plugin systems, multi-instance architecture, Electron + Java/C integrations, or open-source contributions.
