• Create, schedule, and manage engaging digital content promoting RGF Eco Solutions’ products (e.g., briquettes, composters, stoves, lifestyle tools). • Support product storytelling through reels, graphics, and educational videos. • Assist in managing and updating digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, etc.). • Monitor engagement and generate insights to improve campaign performance. • Contribute to customer education campaigns on how and why to use RGF’s sustainable products. • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure accurate and attractive product representation.

• Recent graduate or awaiting graduation in marketing, communication, entrepreneurship, or related field. • Interest in sustainability, circular economy, and social enterprise. • Proficient in social media tools and platforms, with some experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar. • Self-driven, imaginative, and comfortable working in a flexible team environment. • Prior experience with marketing physical products is a bonus (but not required). • What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience in sustainability-driven product marketing. • A growing portfolio of creative digital campaigns and product content. • Insight into the workings of a community-rooted social enterprise. • Certificate of completion, reference letter, and light contribution towards weekly meals.
