• Marketing of products by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining member’s satisfaction. • Recruit new members to get Personal Development loans and SACCO Loans through phone calls, emails, in person contact, networking events, contractors’ meetings, community events and personal gatherings • Carry on field assessments and ensure proper appraisal of credit applications and support documents. • Review marketing and sales performance and work towards monthly or weekly targets • Resolves members complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making • recommendations to management.

• Minimum academic qualifications: Advanced level Certificate and Diploma in Cooperatives or any other business field; • Good knowledge and marketing experience on credit and cooperatives will be an added advantage; • Applicants should have good communication, presentation and analytical skills; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software; • Ability to develop and implement credit policies and procedures; • Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan recoveries is an added advantage.
