1.Deputy Programs Directors
Supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring organizational programs and community interventions. Works closely with department heads to ensure program quality, impact, and alignment with the organization’s mission. Assists in reporting, donor coordination, and field supervision. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in project planning and management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, with experience in strategic planning, program management, leadership, and business development.

2. Deputy Operations Directors

Supports day-to-day operational management, logistics coordination, administrative oversight within organization. Ensures smooth functioning of school, community, and field operations while promoting accountability and efficiency. Assists in the supervision of support departments and operational planning. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field, with proven leadership, organizational, and operations management experience.

3. Project Managers

Leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of assigned projects within the organization. Ensures projects are implemented within scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining quality standards. Coordinates teams, stakeholders, and community engagement activities. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in project planning and management, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

4. Assistant Project Managers

Supports the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, documentation, reporting, and field operations. Assists in tracking project progress, mobilizing teams, and ensuring timely implementation of activities. Helps maintain communication between project teams and management. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in project planning and management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field, with strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

5. Project Accountants

Responsible for financial management, budgeting, accountability, and reporting for assigned projects. Ensures accurate financial records, compliance with organizational policies, and proper utilization of project funds. Supports audits, reconciliations, and donor financial reporting. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (Accounting Option), with experience in financial management, budgeting, and donor-funded projects.

6. Project Custodians

Responsible for the custody, management, and accountability of organizational and project property, equipment, and supplies.

Maintains inventory records and ensures proper use, storage, and distribution of items. Supports procurement and stock management processes. Applicants should possess a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in inventory and asset management.

7. Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teachers

Provide nurturing, child-centred learning experiences that support the academic, emotional, spiritual, and social development of young learners. Create safe and engaging classroom environments while promoting foundational learning skills. Work closely with parents and school leadership to support learner growth.

Applicants should possess a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development from a recognized institution, with a passion for child development, classroom management, and learner-centred teaching.

8. Primary School Teachers

Plan and deliver effective lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and values. Support the academic, moral, and spiritual development of learners while maintaining classroom discipline and learner engagement. Participate in school activities, assessments, and co-curricular programs. Applicants should possess a Grade Ill Teaching Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, with strong classroom management skills and commitment to learner success.

9. Secondary School Teachers

Teach assigned secondary school subjects while preparing learners academically, socially, and spiritually. Support examination preparation, learner mentorship, and classroom management.

Contribute to curriculum implementation, assessments, and school development activities. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in education or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant teaching subject with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and demonstrate competence in their teaching subjects.

10. Social Workers

Provide psychosocial support, counselling, child protection, and welfare follow-up for learners and vulnerable families. Conduct home visits, case management, and family support interventions while promoting safeguarding standards. Work closely with schools, caregivers, and community stakeholders. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration, Community Psychology, Development Studies, or a related field, with experience in child protection, counselling and community engagement.

11. Chaplain / Pastor

Provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, counselling, and pastoral care to learners, staff, and the community. Leads chapel programs, Bible studies, mentorship activities, and spiritual development initiatives. Supports the organization’s faith-based mission and Christian values. Applicants should possess a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in theology, Divinity, Biblical Studies, or a related field, with demonstrated pastoral ministry experience, strong biblical knowledge, and a heart for discipleship and mentoring.

12. IT / Communications Specialist

Responsible for managing the organization’s information technology systems, digital platforms, and communication activities. Supports the maintenance of computers, networks, software, websites, and other digital systems while ensuring effective internal and external communication. Assists with digital content creation, social media management, photography, documentation, and organizational visibility. Applicants

should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field, with experience in IT support, digital communications, content creation, and social media management.
