Ms. China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCEC) has been contracted by The Ministry of Kampala Capital City & Metropolitan Affairs on behalf of Wakiso District Local Government to upgrade the Seguku-Nalumunye-Badwe-Kyengera (8.9km) and Seguku Link (0.9km) in Wakiso District to Bitumen standards.
