KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively engage clients via calls, SMS, digital platforms, and field visits to recover overdue payments • Negotiate flexible repayment plans in line with company policies and financial regulations • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, agreements, and follow-ups • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Legal, and Operations teams to escalate high-risk accounts • Deliver daily weekly and monthly recovery reports highlighting performance and unresolved cases • Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with data-protection laws
