KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tendering & Technical Proposal Development (MUST HAVE) • – Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids and tenders. • – Analyze tender documents and coordinate with technical teams to develop winning technical proposals including Methodologies, Construction Schedules, Mobilisation Schedules and Others • – Ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. • Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth • – Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. • – Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base. • – Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. • Relationship Management • – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and support. • – Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and technical consultations. • – Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Reporting & Collaboration • – Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review. • – Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals. • – Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• – Diploma in Electrical Engineering • – Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Sales will be an added advantage • – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales engineering role. • – Proven track record in technical tendering, client acquisition, and relationship management. • – Strong technical understanding of engineering products and services. • – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • – Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite. • – Experience working with UEDCL, UETCL, UEGCL, Industrial Clients, Commercial Clients and other clients
