• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and lighting at assigned Java House locations. • Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration equipment to ensure safety and functionality. • Handle minor plumbing, masonry, and carpentry repairs as required. • Address maintenance tasks that directly impact food safety and ensure compliance with relevant standards. • Accurately document all maintenance activities for tracking and future reference.

• Diploma in Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. • Experience & Requirements • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in refrigeration maintenance. • Comfortable working at heights and during night shifts (up to 20% of the time). • Core Competencies • Skilled in repairing single-phase and three-phase wiring, lighting, and socket circuits. • Proficient in diagnosing and servicing refrigeration and cooling equipment, including: • Drinks chillers • Chef bases • Chest freezers • Upright standalone fridges • Deck-type fridges • Under-counter fridges • Basic repair of split-type AC units • Basic plumbing, carpentry, and masonry skills. • Good verbal communication in English. • Basic written and spoken technical reporting skills.
