Collaborate with other areas to ensure that best practices and a standard approach is followed. • Identifies, defines and implements tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting enterprise objectives by analysing the existing gaps. • Identification and assessment of risks facing both systems and business processes thereby providing effective loss and risk management and so minimising the operational risks.

• Business management or commercial degree. Applicable certifications are an added advantage. • Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector. • Experience in researching and analysing processes. Practical knowledge of how to input, access and utilize information to analyse forecast trends. • Experience in identification and resolution of process bottlenecks. • Relationship building and management. • Comprehensive understanding of banking transaction processes relevant to products and services offered to customer. • Working knowledge and principles of capacity management in terms of resource options, availability and costs.
