• Provide technical support for company software, hardware, and online platforms. • Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of our e commerce website and internal systems. • Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving IT issues in a timely manner. • Work with the team to manage data entry, system updates, and user access rights. • Support digital marketing activities by maintaining web content and basic analytics reporting. • Research and recommend new technology tools that improve efficiency and customer experience.
