• Plan, set up, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads and other paid media channels. • Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies across digital platforms, ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing objectives. • Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL and CPA, and compile clear reports with actionable insights. • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and update the quarterly digital strategy. • Liaise with any engaged external digital agencies to ensure accurate implementation of paid media and performance strategies. • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to deliver maximum ROI. • Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends to continuously improve targeting and spend efficiency. • Provide input on content direction and digital creatives, guided by performance insights and audience behavior. • Support the wider marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion initiatives. • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. • Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrable ROI. • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). • Excellent understanding of lead generation, remarketing and funnel strategies. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with designers and content creators. • Real estate or high-value product digital marketing experience is a plus.
