KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Selling the company’s airtime. • Develop sales strategy. • Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. • Keep the company’s corporate clients informed of the progress and changes in programmes. • Develop and keep a database of corporate market intelligence. • Maintain and develop links with advertising agencies and corporate advertisers. • Develop and carry out marketable promotions with advertisers. • Attend the monthly Heads of Department meetings. • Create an evaluation and assessment system for Corporate Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field • Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage • Five years’ experience in sales and marketing • Experience in marketing and sales of commercial Broadcasting is an advantage. • Excellent sales skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
