• Apply health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management expertise to ensure compliance and risk mitigation • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service aligned with client expectations and HSE standards • Manage and supervise workers to ensure safe practices and high-quality performance on site • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain strong partnerships • Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures within the client’s operations • Prepare reports and documentation related to HSE compliance and client interactions • Facilitate communication between the client and internal or outsourced teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within a manufacturing or industrial setting • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to drive service excellence and client satisfaction • Proven ability to lead or mentor teams, including support for junior staff development • Experience working with diverse client portfolios or in multinational project environments is an added advantage • Solid understanding of safety compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks • Familiarity with CRM tools, service delivery processes, and reporting systems • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
