• Setting the Commercial strategy of the department (sales targets, target categories/segments to unlock, target key suppliers, target number of suppliers to onboard, …). • Meeting key vendors and suppliers to negotiate partnerships, contracts and service level agreements. • Successfully executing our large commercial events. • Managing a large team, covering Vendor Success, Heads of Category, and the Commercial Planning team and shared reporting of the Category Management Team. • Recruiting adequate profiles to join the team.
