• Clean and update the existing database in Tomcard. • Validate all data migrated to the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system. • Print new cards for migrated clients, while onboarding new clients directly onto the system. • Distribute new cards to migrated clients in a timely and organized manner. • Address and resolve all card-related issues, queries, and requests within the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system. • Follow up regularly to ensure that migrated clients’ orders are processed without delay. • Provide timely feedback on any errors encountered during card production. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all migrated data. • Promote adherence to the Affiliate’s Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-related tasks. • Proficiency with IT systems and readiness to learn new technologies.
