• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of biometric devices across all company locations. • Ensure daily synchronization of biometric devices with the central server to maintain accurate attendance and access records. • Transport and deploy biometric devices to designated sites, ensuring full operational coverage. • Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure consistent data integrity. • Verify and reconcile biometric data; generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and access reports. • Facilitate employee enrollment into the biometric system and ensure proper usage across all departments. • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of biometric devices and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on biometric system usage and troubleshooting. • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards in the handling of biometric information.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • 1–2 years of experience in managing biometric systems or similar attendance/access control technologies. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple sites. • Basic knowledge of networking, server connectivity, and system troubleshooting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff training and support. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and biometric data handling is an added advantage.
