• Maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals, scanners, printers, and payment systems to ensure smooth store transactions. • Assist in configuring, updating, and supporting retail software (e.g., inventory, CRM, ERP systems) used in-store and online. • Provide first-level IT support to store staff and back-office teams, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. • Monitor and maintain store network connectivity, Wi-Fi, servers, and backups to minimize downtime. • Assist in setting up and maintaining computers, tablets, handheld scanners, and digital signage across retail locations. • Follow IT security protocols to safeguard customer data, transaction information, and company systems from threa. • Support integration between physical inventory systems and digital platforms to ensure real-time stock visibility. • Contribute to rollout of new technologies like self-checkout systems, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, or cloud-based solutions.
