• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets. • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product trainings • Drive market penetration, product launches, and sales promotions. • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and compliance with pricing policies. • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.
